This Week’s Menu

I’ve been working on compiling Paul’s and my favorite recipe into actual weekly meal plans. I usually aim to make 4-5 meals a week and we eat leftovers the rest of the nights (or go on a date night!). I’ve really been digging the Dashing Dish‘s recipes lately. I love her format and all her recipe’s have nutrition information and calorie count which is super helpful while I’m counting calories. Not to mention, they are very easy too!

This week’s menu…

1. Pesto Ranch Crockpot Chicken Thighs – These were SO delicious and SO easy! Definitely going into my normal rotation.

2. Crockpot White Bean Chicken Chili – Also very easy and very delicious! I’m a total soup girl so this hit the spot with me.

3. Turkey Lettuce Wrap Taco’s – This was a great solution for us because I usually like to avoid carbs while Paul likes to have options. So he ate this in a burrito while I ate it as the lettuce wrap. Perfect!

4. Grilled Steak and Apple Crisp – We grill a LOT during summer. I usually just sprinkle our steak with a little Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and a little Worcestershire sauce if I’m feeling frisky. That’s usually all the steaks need! This Apple Crisp is a good solution for someone looking for something sweet but still pretty clean.

I also made a huge pot of spaghetti (I like to use Italian Sausage and enough garlic to kill someone) which we’re still eating (ugh).

See? Three recipes from Dashing Dish! It’s official. I’m obsessed.

Also, my laziness is apparent this week as half of these are crockpot dishes ;).
